The logical continuation of the discussion was the second block of the conference, which focused on digitalization and the implementation of innovative technologies. Participants discussed the possibilities of applying WMS and TMS systems, integrating artificial intelligence and Big Data into supply chain management, as well as the prospects for using environmentally friendly solutions. Representatives of state structures, businesses, and IT companies emphasized that the modernization of warehouse infrastructure is impossible without a systematic approach to sustainable development. The conference concluded with a practical part — a tour of the Burunday Container Terminal warehouse, where guests were visually acquainted with modern logistics center management tools.

The second half of the day was dedicated to the II Conference on the transportation of oversized and heavy cargo BreakBulk Kazakhstan on the topic "Trans-Eurasian Routes: The Future of Project Cargo Transportation on TMTM, TRACECA, 'Western Europe – Western China' and 'North–South'. If the morning discussions focused on warehouse infrastructure, the afternoon program shifted the focus to international routes and project logistics. In the first block, experts analyzed the challenges of the Caspian region — from the modernization of port infrastructure to the shortage of fleet and the need for coordination among participating countries. Practical examples of expanding multimodal routes were presented by specialists from Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, and Ukraine. The second block of the conference continued the theme of integration, focusing on the regulatory environment and digitalization. Participants discussed the simplification of customs procedures, the implementation of a unified transport and logistics platform, and the development of digital control of transit transportation. Special attention was paid to staff training and enhancing the competencies of specialists in the field of project logistics, which is an important condition for the further growth of the industry.
