National stands will be presented by Latvia, Lithuania, and Estonia. The largest number of participants will traditionally be from Kazakhstan, followed by exhibitors from Russia, China, and Turkey. For the first time, companies from India and Pakistan will participate in the exhibition, confirming the growing international interest in the event.

Along with the large-scale exposition, guests will also enjoy a rich business program that will bring together experts, government representatives, and leading market players. It will become a key platform for discussing strategic directions for the development of the transport and logistics industry, the implementation of innovative technologies, and the exchange of practical solutions.

The exhibition program will start on September 30 with a series of seminars from companies: Aspan Karagai Machinery, Warehouse Technologies, Daobit. On the second day, October 1, the IV Conference "Warehouse Logistics Market in Kazakhstan" will be held on the topic "Warehouse Logistics in the Focus of Change: Investments, Technologies, and Sustainable Development." The conference program will consist of two blocks. Block I "Market State and Infrastructure Trends" will open the discussion on the current state of the Kazakhstani warehouse market, the shortage of quality spaces, forecasts for the introduction of new facilities, and rental rate dynamics. Participants will also consider the role of key logistics hubs and transport corridors, including the Trans-Caspian route and the dry ports of Khorgos and Dostyk, as well as new formats of facilities – from speculative construction to build-to-suit projects. Block II "Technologies, Operational Models, and Sustainability" will focus on the implementation of digital solutions and innovations. The development of WMS and TMS systems, the integration of artificial intelligence and big data for inventory management and demand forecasting will be in the spotlight. International practices of using drones, blockchain, and augmented reality technologies in warehouse management will be of particular interest. Issues of regulation and sustainable development will also be addressed — from the implementation of digital document management and product labeling to the transition to eco-friendly transport solutions and the certification of green warehouses.

After the conference, participants will be offered an exclusive tour of the modern warehouse of Burunday Container. A transfer will be organized for guests, and pre-registration will allow participation in the visit and acquaintance with the practical aspects of warehouse infrastructure organization.

The second half of the day will be dedicated to the II BreakBulk Kazakhstan Conference on the topic "Trans-Eurasian Routes: The Future of Project Transportation via TMTM, TRACECA, 'Western Europe – Western China' and 'North–South'." The discussion will begin with Block I "Caspian and Key Challenges of Project Logistics – Infrastructure, Fleet, Coordination and TRIPP Vision," which will cover the implementation of a Unified Transport and Logistics Platform, the digitalization of project logistics, and the application of the NCTS system. Specialists will discuss issues of personnel training, heavy cargo escort training, and the impact of infrastructure modernization on transportation efficiency. Participants will be able to exchange experiences in multimodal transportation and corridor management, as well as discuss national safety standards and risk management systems. Block II "International Corridors and the Regulatory Environment of Project Transportation, the Role and Place of the TMTM Countries' Carriers Association" will focus on the development of international transport routes, including the Middle Corridor, the Belt and Road, and TRACECA. Special attention will be paid to the digitalization of cross-border operations, legislative changes, and the simplification of customs procedures. The discussion will also cover investment projects in port and transport infrastructure, private sector participation, and ensuring transportation safety at borders. Additionally, throughout the day, training seminars by EMEX, SIGIS, and presentations by companies from Lithuania will be held in the seminar area.

Among the speakers of the business program are expected representatives of key government structures and leading industry companies, including the Ministry of Transport of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan, KTZ, Colliers Kazakhstan, DHL International Kazakhstan, Wildberries, Ozon, Flip.kz, InDrive, Kazdream IT Holding, as well as leading international consulting companies Big4 and BCG. Their participation will provide a multifaceted view of the development of the transport and logistics industry — from state policy to specific business cases.

The program will continue on October 2 with the Expert Talks format, where experts will summarize Kazakhstan's Transport Week and share key insights for the further development of the market.

A separate event within the framework of Kazakhstan's Transport Week will be the VII International Transport and Logistics Business Forum "New Silk Way," which will take place on September 30 at the Ritz-Carlton. The event will strengthen Kazakhstan's position as a key transport and logistics hub in the region and set the vector for industry development for the coming years.
