303 COMPANIES, 6,463 VISITORS, AND DOZENS OF NEW AGREEMENTS: HOW TRANSLOGISTICA KAZAKHSTAN 2025 STRENGTHENS KAZAKHSTAN'S ROLE IN GLOBAL LOGISTICS

FROM SEPTEMBER 30 TO OCTOBER 2, 2025, ALMATY BECAME THE CENTER OF INTERNATIONAL ATTENTION, THANKS TO THE SIGNIFICANT EVENT IN THE TRANSPORT INDUSTRY: THE 28TH KAZAKHSTAN INTERNATIONAL EXHIBITION 'TRANSPORT AND LOGISTICS' – TRANSLOGISTICA KAZAKHSTAN 2025.

The exhibition gathered 6,463 unique visitors on its platform and established itself as a significant event for the entire industry. The event became an effective platform for establishing new contacts, as Aibol Dizimbek, TOO 'Baysar Global' LTD, shared: 'We visited the exhibition for the first time and were very impressed. It turned out to be very useful for us: we found interesting companies, and we have already made agreements with 1–2 of them. We also plan to come next year.'

Participants and guests of TransLogistica Kazakhstan 2025 were able to see the most advanced developments, products, and technologies presented by 303 companies from 21 countries around the world, including Azerbaijan, Belarus, Germany, Georgia, India, Kazakhstan, China, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, UAE, Pakistan, Russia, Romania, USA, Turkmenistan, Turkey, Uzbekistan, and Estonia. The national stands of Belarus, Latvia, Lithuania, and Estonia attracted special interest. There were 110 debut exhibitors, and companies from India, Romania, and Pakistan were represented at the event for the first time.

The exposition covered all key segments of the industry: from transport and logistics companies, seaports, and railways to manufacturers of automotive equipment, warehouse equipment, and IT solutions for process automation. Visitors were interested in the wide representation of international companies demonstrating modern technologies and innovative solutions for the development of transport and logistics infrastructure. Anastasia Rusanova, Head of Logistics Department, TOO Industrial Recycling, shared her opinion: 'I was especially impressed by the large selection of transport companies from China, Azerbaijan, Georgia, as well as our companies - wagon owners, which is truly valuable. The exhibition is extensive and well-organized, with conferences still ahead. We have already found companies of interest, exchanged contacts, and established connections.'

The geography of participants covered both international and local markets: 166 foreign companies and 137 Kazakhstani industry representatives, demonstrating Kazakhstan's attractiveness for foreign investors, manufacturers, and service providers in the transport and logistics sector. Participants highly appreciated the potential of the exhibition for promoting their products both locally and internationally: 'We have established major collaborations. There are many carriers, agencies, and clients at this exhibition. We are very happy to be here. It seems that we are developing our partnerships as well as trade in Kazakhstan. We plan to participate here again next year,' noted Baris Babacan, Key Account Supervisor, Huner Logistics from Turkey.

In addition to the extensive exposition, the event included a rich business program, uniting conferences, training seminars, and expert discussions. The program started with seminars by companies Aspan Karagai Machinery, Warehouse Technologies, Daobit. Parallel to the exhibition, on September 30, within the framework of Kazakhstan Transport Week, the International Transport and Logistics Business Forum 'New Silk Way' took place. During the forum, transport ministers from the CIS countries (Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkey, and Uzbekistan) signed a number of key documents defining new directions of cooperation. Additionally, the second tracks 'Dostyk–Moyinty' were put into operation — a strategic railway project significantly expanding Kazakhstan's export-transit potential towards China and strengthening the country's position on the 'China–Europe' route. Other infrastructure initiatives are also being implemented — construction of new airports and highways, development of railway lines, and digitalization of the transport industry.

On the second day, October 1, the business program continued with the IV Conference 'Warehouse Logistics Market in Kazakhstan', the II Conference on the Transportation of Oversized and Heavy Cargo BreakBulk Kazakhstan with the support of the National Association of Oversized and Heavy Cargo Carriers of the Republic of Kazakhstan 'Heavy Trans', a seminar by Rhino Group, and a presentation 'ASUP Automated Transport Management System' by SIA SIGIS. For the first time, a tour of the Burunday Container Terminal warehouse took place, where guests were visually acquainted with modern logistics center management tools.

The business program concluded on October 2 with Expert Talks: Results of Kazakhstan Transport Week 'Eurasia 2025: Logistics of New Multipolarity' with the participation of session moderators with the assistance of TLK Media.

All three days, the venue was filled with a dynamic and inspiring atmosphere: experts shared their practical cases, new ideas, and effective tools capable of transforming the approach to doing business in the logistics sector.

The TransLogistica Kazakhstan 2025 exhibition became an important platform for strengthening international ties, showcasing innovations, and concluding new partnerships. Thanks to this event, Kazakhstan confidently consolidates its position as a strategic market and key attraction point for manufacturers and investors from around the world.
