KTK Service is a leading transport and logistics company in Kazakhstan, specializing in oversized and super-heavy cargo transportation. Founded on 29 July 2005, the company has been operating for over 20 years, building unique expertise and capabilities across key sectors of the economy: power generation, oil & gas, mining, and infrastructure construction.

KTK Service’s core business is project logistics management and end-to-end organization of oversized and super-heavy cargo movements using its own fleet of prime movers and modular platforms across all routes. Typical cargo includes gas and steam turbines, generators, power transformers, prefabricated building modules, and industrial equipment. The company’s technical capabilities allow transportation of loads weighing up to 2,200 tonnes by a single road train.

KTK Service operates a modern fleet of specialized equipment: ballast tractors MAN TGX41.680 and latest-generation Volvo FH16, low-bed modular (MHT) and self-propelled modular transporters (SPMT), as well as a wide range of specialized accessories—turntables with capacities up to 600 tonnes, telescopic spacers for lengthening, split-module systems to increase working width—ensuring flexible solutions for the most complex projects.

A strategic advantage of the KTK group is its own construction company, KTK Construction, which rapidly removes engineering obstacles along super-heavy routes: road and bridge works (including bridge reinforcement), installation of temporary railroad crossings, assembly/disassembly of irrigation and drainage channels (including road chambers and trays), and more. The works are performed with a proprietary fleet of 80+ specialized machines and a highly qualified engineering staff, enabling fast solutions and shorter schedules—critical for reliable delivery of oversized and super-heavy logistics projects.

KTK Service provides a full range of services, including project logistics management, route engineering, permit acquisition, removal of engineering obstacles, convoy escort, and multimodal transport across all modes (road → sea → rail → air). This approach enables KTK Service to offer turnkey solutions, taking full responsibility for safe and on-time delivery.

Completed projects include transportation of power equipment for the largest developments in Kazakhstan and Central Asia such as Moynak HPP, Navoi CCPP, ArcelorMittal Temirtau, Tobolsk Refinery, Bukhara Region TPP, Kokshetau Cement Plant, Eskene GPP, Talimarjan TPP, Turkistan CCPP, the Almaty BAKAD project, and others—including deliveries for wind-energy projects and specialized machinery.

KTK Service’s success is driven not only by its in-house equipment but also by its professional team. The company maintains a permanent staff of highly qualified specialists who regularly undergo industry training, including with leading international equipment manufacturers such as Goldhofer.
