List of Kazakhstani enterprises eligible for export to China

The main Customs Department of China included in the Register of Enterprises Eligible to Supply Kazakhstani Products for Export to China, one more Kazakhstani company producing soybeans, Astana AgroImpExs, under the guarantee of the phytosanitary (quarantine) service of Kazakhstan.

As explained by the press service of the Ministry of Agriculture of Kazakhstan, this is the 18th enterprise (guaranteed by 2018 included in the register of 17 enterprises) from 41 Kazakhstani companies (not including wheat), which have the right to export their crop products to China.

Also, the opportunity to export grain previously received 67 Kazakhstan elevators, another 37 are expected to be included in the Register.

There are 8 exporters in the Register of enterprises producing soybeans, of which 7 are included under the guarantee. For wheat bran from 10 enterprises in Register, 7 are included under the guarantee and 3 enterprises according to the results of inspections. For rapeseed meal, of the 5 enterprises in the Register, 3 enterprises are included under the guarantee. According to the alfalfa hay under a guarantee, one of the three enterprises is included in the Register.

According to the results of the inspection, 11 enterprises of Kazakhstan on barley and 4 on corn were also included in Register.

Thus, according to the results of the Inspection, 23 Kazakhstani enterprises producing crop production were included in the Register of China, and 18 under the guarantee.

“This fact is a vivid example of recognition of the reliability of our phytosanitary quarantine system by the largest importer of agricultural products in the world,” the Ministry of Agriculture notes.

Previously, under the guarantee of the veterinary service of Kazakhstan, only Kazakhstan’s fish processing enterprises, 60 of them, were included in the Register. According to the results of the inspection of Chinese specialists, 4 enterprises for the production and processing of honey, 5 enterprises for the production and processing of mutton are included in the register; 4 enterprises for beef are expected to be included.

The same instrument of inclusion of enterprises of Kazakhstan under the guarantee is previously used by the veterinary service of Kazakhstan with the inclusion of 17 domestic fish processing enterprises in the European Union Register.

For information, out of total 2008 Kazakhstan enterprises, 194 exporting enterprises are included in third country registers. 168 enterprises of Kazakhstan are in China, 25 enterprises in EU, 1 in the United Arab Emirates, and 1814 enterprises in the EAEU Register. The inclusion of 41 enterprises in the Register of China is expected.
